We help Swansea residents improve the heating in their homes by installing free first-time gas central heating systems in over 200 eligible properties. Not only do we install the heating but also provide free gas network connections. City Energy’s Swansea-based heating and insulation partners – Consumer Energy Solutions – will be fulfilling all installations.

If you currently receive certain benefits and live in private housing (owned or rented), you may be eligible for the Swansea City Warmer Homes Scheme. Being eligible means you could qualify for help with the cost of insulation work or make improvements to your heating. By making these changes to your home, you could save around £630 per year on fuel bills and benefit from a warmer, more comfortable home.
