Nick Pritchard, Group Development Director, Fast Growth 50 winner

As Group Development Director, Nick has 10 years’ experience transforming City Energy into what it is today. City Energy is a now notable and confided brand that manages contracts for several energy organisation, as well as numerous Local Authorities directly or through our Trusted Installer Network.

Prior to taking up his current role, Nick has been heavily regarded as a Strategic Relationship Partner and is the very essence of whom we are today. He has helped shape City Energy through Diverse and Strategic Planning, Company Acquisition and External Consultancy. Nick has learnt valuable lessons over the years some good some bad ‘very bad’!! But as he always says, it shapes us into what we are and what we do.

Through the years, Nick has shaped an ambitious project through revolutionising fuel poverty and helping those in need regain their own confidence. A time served as a British Army Soldier with a passion for wanting to be the best and turning City Energy into a market leader in the energy efficiency marketplace.

Ryan Howard, National Business Director

As National Business Director, Ryan has 28 years of experience of adjusting and improving operations to fulfil the necessities of the clients, their clients and associates bringing together a lifelong tradition of commitment, achievement and continual improvement.

Ryan joined City Energy in 2013 to set up and develop long-term relationships leveraged by his industry knowledge and a profound understanding of the customer’s requirements. He strives to provide excellent commercial intervention alongside his industry-led ability to recognise opportunities to deliver the business objectives. He has helped shape City Energy into a company which communicates at all levels within our organisation, building everlasting relationships with customers, partners, installer networks to achieve the ultimate goal to diminish fuel poverty across our country.

Elinor Jenkins, Technical Director

As Technical Director, Elinor has 8 years’ experience in Compliance services and Technical experience in the Energy and Facility Subdivisions, Enhancing Regulatory Procedures, Strategic and Operational Performance.

Elinor joined City Energy in 2014, managing performance and driving standards. Achieving human asset techniques by determining accountabilities; imparting and upholding qualities, approaches, and methods; actualising mobilisation, whilst preparing, training and guiding all correspondence programs; checking, assessing, and surveying position commitments; continually looking into remuneration procedures.

Licensed (Msc) Business Economics with Finance, (BSC) Economics with Politics – Changing business conveyance and improvement, (through lean technique, data creation, administration guidelines and execution of the board) Elinor gives affirmation controls and measures, procedural reviews and bearing inside business capacities to augment proficiency, income and use.

Neil Llewellyn, Sales Director

As Sales Director, Neil has over 20 years of Corporate and Private Practice experience in the Utilities and Service Sectors; transforming businesses, improving processes, and delivering specialist projects, Neil has brought his expertise to City Energy to drive our growth and create a ‘best in class’ culture within the business.

Prior to joining City Energy, Neil has worked for industry-leading utilities such as British Gas, SSE plc, and Welsh Water and on behalf of Shell Energy and Octopus Energy as the energy industry evolved and changed. Specialising in Operational Sales and Service, Neil has been responsible for multi-sales channel delivery, acquisition and performance management – growing businesses, their brands, and improving efficiencies, Neil has used his expertise to build valuable relationships and campaigns across the industry.

Neil has extensive corporate and private practice experience. He has lead, managed and built diverse, engaged Energy Sales and Service operations – leading their performance, successes, compliance and growth within the Utilities and Service sectors, he is able to design and direct campaigns from small, specialist programmes to nationwide engagement projects on behalf of City Energy and its partners.

From managing individual domestic residents to large corporate partners, Neil places a premium on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do – through balancing the needs of customers, colleagues and the company, Neil ensures our contracts and partnerships deliver sales, success, and exemplary customer service.

With his energy background and legal training – accredited (LPD) Legal Practice Diploma, (LLB) Bachelors of Law – balancing and improving operations has always been Neil’s priority. Focusing on people, procedure, and performance has resulted in a career legacy of engagement, success and continuous improvement.

Scott Lowe, Compliance Director

As Compliance Director, Scott has 20 years’ experience in Facilities Management and Technical Supervision experience in the Property and Service Sectors, developing and implementing company policies and regulations.

Scott joined City Energy in 2019, overseeing business guidelines and internal procedures. Prior to taking up his current role he was Regional Operations Manager of a facilities management and award-winning contractual authority, working alongside local councils, schools, and universities.

Scott has a proven track record of helping to lead the business by ensuring we are working in complete adherence with all statutory procedural standards and guidelines.  He delivers a prevalent of information on consistence laws and guidelines and provides ongoing support to maintain and uphold our compliance program.

Accredited Health and Safety (HSE), Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management, Training Instruction & Assessor (BTEC LEVEL 4), (CMI) Level 5, Gas Engineering (GAS SAFE), Solar Thermal. Scott arranges precise reports for documenting, checked enlistment, permitting, and preparing prerequisites for our installer networks. Maintaining all accreditations and certifications for our partners, our installer network and our company.

Leanne Tomlin, Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Leanne has over 10 years’ experience in marketing and communications from strategic and tactical planning to executing marketing campaigns both in the B2B and B2C sectors. Leanne joined City Energy in 2020, setting out marketing strategies, brand development and customer engagement.

Leanne formulates City Energy’s marketing strategy by creating and executing promotional procedures to highlight the substantial benefits available to our customers through diverse and tactical planning.

(CIM) Professional Diploma in Marketing and (CAM) Diploma in Digital Marketing qualified, she leads and impacts the manner in which our brand looks and feels with an immense range of obligation within the business; from the advancement of analysing data and performance strategies, through to investigating new technology, improving system standards, furthermore; increasing our brand’s recognition and contributing to a healthier planet.
