This policy focuses City Energy Network’s continuing commitment for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable and energy efficient manner.

Policy Aim

Our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance forms as an integral and fundamental part of our business plan and operating methods.
It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.

  1. Overall responsibility for the policy lies with the Board of Directors alongside the Senior Management Team (“SMT”)
  2. The SMT and the Directors are responsible for assigning the review of legislative and regulatory requirements as appropriate whereby the evaluation of compliance will also be driven by changes to underlying legislation.
  3. The oversight of the policy and its objectives is assigned to the Compliance Manager.
