Scott Lowe

As Compliance Director, Scott has 20 years’ experience in Facilities Management and Technical Supervision experience in the Property and Service Sectors, developing and implementing company policies and regulations.

Scott joined City Energy in 2019, overseeing business guidelines and internal procedures. Prior to taking up his current role he was Regional Operations Manager of a facilities management and award-winning contractual authority, working alongside local councils, schools, and universities.

Scott has a proven track record of helping to lead the business by ensuring we are working in complete adherence with all statutory procedural standards and guidelines.  He delivers a prevalent of information on consistence laws and guidelines and provides ongoing support to maintain and uphold our compliance program.

Accredited Health and Safety (HSE), Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management, Training Instruction & Assessor (BTEC LEVEL 4), (CMI) Level 5, Gas Engineering (GAS SAFE), Solar Thermal. Scott arranges precise reports for documenting, checked enlistment, permitting, and preparing prerequisites for our installer networks. Maintaining all accreditations and certifications for our partners, our installer network and our company.
