City Energy is going from strength to strength – and that means we’re now able to help thousands more people reduce their energy bills with the latest technology.

Our company began six years ago with strong roots in South Wales. Now, thanks to our excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship, we’ve grown quickly and have customers across the UK.

Many come to use through recommendations from their friends and families, a great sign that we give our customers a service they love. As a result, we’re delighted that our staff numbers have increased by almost 600% and our business has seen a significant growth in the past few years.

We’ve also recently opened a satellite office in Livingston, bringing our service even closer to people in Scotland and the north of England.

In the past six years, we’ve helped thousands of customers with new boilers, heating, insulation, grant funding, and green loans. So, with more staff and a greater reach across the UK, we’re able to help thousands more people access these savings and add to the value of their homes. We’re doing our bit to help reduce energy poverty across the UK and improve our country’s carbon footprint.

To reflect that, we’ve also decided to change our name. City Energy South Wales Limited has become City Energy Network Limited.

We will continue to work in partnership with businesses, local authorities, and the owners of residential and commercial properties. 

The benefits are obvious. More people can now access our expertise in all aspects of plumbing, heating, installing insulation, and renewable energy. As we’ve grown, we’ve ensured all our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and approved under PAS2030.

Our work with energy providers to help you benefit from the latest schemes for energy efficiency will continue, as will our Green Deal services which have proved hugely popular over the years.

We’ll also continue to offer our amazing Bright Choice Finance scheme with Interest Free or Buy Now Pay Later options alongside our very own Pay As You Save scheme, helping customers access the installation of boilers and other energy efficiency measures costing up to £4,500. Helping you access free help to reduce your heating bills

City Energy has built a strong reputation for helping customers on low incomes access the latest energy-saving measures at no cost – and we’re committed to continuing that.

Our specialist teams help householders access grant funding for new boilers, cavity wall insulation, electric storage heaters, loft insulation, room in roof insulation, and solid wall insulation. The government is leading the Energy Company Obligation Scheme which helps owners, landlords, and tenants reduce their energy bills.

You may qualify for one or several of these – depending on your address, your type of home, and your income.
